Jacopo
Few words about me:
Sometimes I retreat into nature to reconnect with myself. Other times, I immerse myself in cities to gather insights. Passionate about writing and storytelling, I enjoy exploring the past and the anthropology of what we commonly refer to as food
What does “food” mean to me:
often say that for me, food is the key to connecting with my surroundings. It’s the tool that allows me to explore new cultures and different ways of being on Earth.
Cooking style
I love simple, fresh ingredients. I believe that the less we manipulate food, the better it is in terms of taste and health. Growing up with the principles of the Mediterranean diet, I incorporate them into my dishes while keeping an eye on the horizon, open to new styles.

Few words about me:
Committed to creating a life true to myself, I find myself in exploration often. I am moved by manual creation, an ongoing journey that has brought me in touch with food. Its multidimensionality and transformative nature has kept me hooked with it over the years.
What does “food” mean to me:
Food is a language, through which the deepest emotions and the most complicated potilical issues can be addressed.
Cooking style
My priority in cooking is doing it with intention. Guided by it, I am able to create in many levels, inspired by human connection, meeting cultures, states of being, my roots, the chakras, social issues and more. I am dedicated to vegetarian and vegan cuisine, making sure the flavours and the nutrition are never compromised!

Mauro
Few words about me:
I am a musician passionate about cooking. Every time I can, I escape the city and get lost in nature. A lover of deep idleness. When I’m not working, I travel.
What does “food” mean to me:
Food is the continuity with the places I live and carry inside me, it’s connection, shared history, culture.
Cooking style
I like to focus on high-quality ingredients, sourcing local or short-chain products whenever possible, and respecting seasonality and local specialties. I’m a fan of Mediterranean omnivorous cuisine, specifically that of southern Italy. Grandma rulez
Renée
Few words about me:
A citizen of the world, I spent most of my life moving to different countries which exposed me to different cultures. Food was the one way my family and I connected to our new homes, cooking and eating together with new ingredients and in new places. I realised a little bit too late that my passion was everything food related. Since graduating, I’m dedicating my time to learning, working alongside as many international chefs as possible around the world. I am continuously striving to discover new flavours and share those new wonders with as many people as possible.
What does “food” mean to me:
Food is a love language. Food is the back bone of our health, physical and mental. When someone is sick, food can heal them, when someone is struggling, food can lift their spirits.
Cooking style
My cooking style is focused on comfort, to warm people from inside out, and to bring back nostalgic memories. I cook food from all around the world because of the time I spent abroad. My goal is to bring people back to their homes and connect them to their cultures no matter where they are.

Few words about me:
I am a dynamic, practical and determined person. I like to smile and face life with positivity, always trying to find the right balance in every situation. I love spending time outdoors walking in the mountains, crossing rivers, immersing myself in the woods or simply observing the changing seasons. For me, nature is not just a place, but a source of energy and balance. It is freedom.
What does “food” mean to me:
Food connects us to nature, to the earth. It is sharing: it arouses emotions in us and allows us to share them with others. It is creation and union. It is expression.
Cooking style
The ingredient that cannot be missing in my kitchen? Love. I like to cook for others with care and dedication to create and enrich with simplicity, moments of sharing, laughter and emotions that can give rise to or strengthen connections between people, transforming a simple meal into a special memory. Cooking for me is an act of generosity and care, a way to nourish not only the body, but also the soul.
Giulia
Few words about me:
I’ve always been cooking, always been around food, always experimenting. After a beautifully failed attempt at Linguistics, I decided to dedicate myself to food, and cultivate it not only as a passion, but as a profession. Studying languages and understanding the people who speak them has opened up a world of delicious opportunities, and has nourished my curiosity and my will to explore other cuisines even more.
What does “food” mean to me:
Food at its core is an act of love and care. We eat and cook to nourish ourselves, to celebrate, to grieve, to welcome someone into our lives, to remind ourselves where we come from. Food as a window into our lives.
Cooking style
I was lucky enough to grow up in a place where food was enjoyed respecting nature and it’s rhythms, so I always try to use fresh, local, seasonal ingredients, at the peak of their potential. I like simple, well balanced flavors, and I’m mostly inspired by the cuisine of the Mediterranean, the Levant and Middle East. I like nourishing, fresh yet hearty meals, food that gets you ready for the day.

Work with us!

The food was tasty and healty. There was such a beautiful attention put into respecting everybody’s diet that i really appreciated. I also appreciated the little time that i spent cooking with Fruu, it really showcased the professionality and care that they have for cooking and food.
